100% No KYC commitment
Under an exclusive white-label service contract, every exchange created through FeilongEX, regardless of amount, requires no registration or login to a customer account at any stage, and also does not require real-name verification, identity documents, passport, selfie, facial recognition, proof of address or proof of funds. This guarantee covers the complete customer flow from quote and payment to exchange completion and order tracking.
No KYC does not equal anonymity, nor does it remove age, regional eligibility, fund ownership, sanctions screening or lawful use requirements. Blockchain addresses and transaction records are usually publicly visible.
Contractual responsibility is borne by FeilongEX
FeilongEX provides exchange services in its own name under an exclusive white-label service contract, and assumes contractual responsibility for every order regardless of amount, from quotation to status inquiry, for the entire 100% No KYC commitment, service fulfillment, order tracking, and subsequent handling; customers do not need to submit identity materials at any stage.
FeilongEX is responsible for the customer flow, order tracking and follow-up handling. Payment occurs in your wallet or withdrawal platform; creating an order does not automatically deduct funds, and this site does not request wallet private keys or seed phrases.

How to get order support
Please check the deposit, exchange, and payment progress in the original browser used when creating the order; if you need help, please keep the order number, network, and transaction hash. 先在 Order query 查看当前状态，并保留兑换编号、网络与交易哈希。订单状态或链上记录需要核对时，FeilongEX 继续承担后续处理责任；这不会改变 100% No KYC 保证，客户无需提交任何身份材料。
