Service scope and responsibility
FeilongEX 依据专属白标服务合同，以自身名义提供兑换服务，并对每一笔订单无论金额、从报价到状态查询的全程 100% No KYC 承诺、服务履约、订单跟踪及后续处理承担合同责任；客户在任何阶段都无需提交身份材料。
FeilongEX provides exchanges to customers under the name FeilongEX pursuant to an exclusive white-label service contract, and bears contractual performance responsibility for quotes, order flow, exchange results, tracking, and subsequent processing. Every order is covered by the 100% No KYC guarantee published on this page. This site is only for users who meet regional eligibility and applicable laws, and the content does not constitute investment advice.
100% No KYC commitment
Every FeilongEX order, regardless of amount, requires no customer account, email registration, real-name verification, identity documents, passport, selfie, facial recognition, proof of address, or proof of funds at any stage. FeilongEX will not require KYC materials at any stage of quotes, order creation, payment, exchange, sending, or order tracking.
When order status, addresses, or on-chain transactions need to be verified, only the transaction and technical data required to complete the exchange is processed; this is not identity verification and will not change the 100% No KYC guarantee. Customers do not need to submit identity documents at any stage.
Regional eligibility and lawful use
Users must be at least 18 years old, have contractual capacity, use legally obtained funds that belong to them, and comply with applicable regional, sanctions, and anti-money laundering rules. The system can perform automated address, transaction, and risk screening that does not collect identity documents; ineligible requests will be blocked before creation or payment.
Age, regional eligibility, lawful funds, and applicable law are conditions of use, do not constitute KYC, and do not change the contractual guarantee of 100% No KYC for every order. No KYC does not mean anonymity, nor does it mean the service is available in all regions.
Quotes, amounts, and payment conditions
Floating exchange rates and the final received amount may change. Fixed rates are subject to the quote validity period, specified amount, network, and order conditions. The quote countdown and the order payment deadline are different; please rely on the requirements shown in this order. Estimated exchange times do not constitute a guarantee of receipt.
Exchange fees and the receiving amount are displayed before confirmation. The receiving amount already includes the exchange fee; external wallet sending fees are separate.
Deposit, network, and order progress
Please verify this quote, service fee, receiving amount, and payment conditions, and deposit the full amount within the period shown in the order. The payment period is not the deadline for completing the exchange. The order updates the deposit, exchange, and send status in sequence, and shows completion only after payment is confirmed. Late or insufficient transfers require verification; do not pay again.
Creating an order does not automatically charge you. Before paying, you should verify the sending asset, sending network, order deposit address, receiving network, receiving address, and the required Memo or Tag. Format checks cannot confirm address ownership or the receiving platform's scope of support; incorrect, expired, or duplicate payments may result in loss.
Exceptions, order verification, and refunds
Please check the deposit, exchange, and payment progress in the original browser used when creating the order; if you need help, please keep the order number, network, and transaction hash.Please keep the original order number and transaction hash. When the order status or on-chain records need to be checked, customers still do not need to submit any KYC documents; FeilongEX continues to bear responsibility for the exchange, refund or follow-up handling. Refund feasibility, network costs and timing still depend on the actual order and on-chain status and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
FeilongEX fee refund program
This campaign applies to eligible orders created after the campaign starts and before 2027-1-1 00:00 (China Standard Time); after the order is completed, you may apply at any time with the exchange number, and the application date may be later than the campaign deadline. The campaign status and scope of application are subject to the rules at Fee refund page .
The refund amount is automatically calculated according to the fee records saved with the order or the quote subsidy rules. When submitting an application, register the exchange number and the USDT Ethereum receiving address; application or calculation completion does not mean payment has been made, and the actual transfer is separately verified and handled by FeilongEX.
Information processing
Quotes, order creation and order lookup require processing necessary transaction and technical information, but do not collect KYC identity documents. For details, please read this site's Privacy notice.
