No KYC identity documents are collected
Under an exclusive white-label service contract, every FeilongEX exchange, regardless of amount, does not require or collect ID cards, passports, selfies, facial recognition, proof of address, proof of funds, or other KYC materials at any stage. FeilongEX bears contractual responsibility for this guarantee and service performance; the exchange form has no identity document upload entry point and will not ask for wallet private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
Exchange information
FeilongEX processes the selected asset, amount, receiving address, refund address, and Memo / Tag, to obtain quotes, check addresses, and create and query orders. When creating an order, it also processes the source IP received by the server, for regional eligibility, rate limiting, and risk screening that does not collect identity documents.
The order saves the confirmed quote, network, receiving and refund addresses, payment evidence, and necessary browser attribution information for performance, verification, and tracking. Necessary on-chain verification uses only the address or transaction hash of the corresponding network; Monero proofs are processed only in a protected verification environment.
EUR reference price
To obtain the EUR reference price required for an order, the server queries the EUR reference price from Kraken's public market interface or the CoinGecko data source, submitting only the asset, network, token contract, or market identifier, and not submitting user amounts, receiving addresses, order numbers, or browser credentials.
Necessary session and temporary storage
This site uses a one-day secure session cookie to protect quotes, prevent duplicate submissions, and limit abnormal requests. Unsubmitted quotes are kept for up to 24 hours; ordinary order creation records are kept for up to 30 days, to enable recovery queries and verify original payment information. The browser temporarily stores only the number of the creation record pending recovery, and clears it after successful recovery.

Fee refund program data
The fee refund entry point processes the exchange number, order status, calculation basis, and the USDT Ethereum receiving address. The necessary order, status, amount, and full refund address are sent to the designated Telegram admin private chat for verification and payment; this does not include browser credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or KYC identity materials.
Refund applications, calculations, addresses, and processing records are retained to prevent duplicate applications and complete subsequent payments. Public queries show only an address summary; the full address is used only for authorized management and notifications.
Order number and on-chain records
The order number can be used to query the corresponding order information and should be kept safe like a private link. Blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, and times are usually publicly visible and may also be subject to correlation analysis; 100% No KYC does not mean anonymity.
