01First confirm whether the order and campaign meet the application conditions
Orders created on FeilongEX during the campaign period must complete the exchange and meet the refund conditions. The application entry point is the fee refund form; enter the exchange number, and the browser or cookies used when creating the order are not required. Exchanges created on other websites are not eligible for this campaign.
Orders for this period must be created after the start of the campaign and before 2027-3-23 00:00 (China Standard Time, UTC+8). This deadline constrains order creation; eligible exchanges can still be applied for after completion, even if the application date is later than the deadline. Whether the campaign is enabled is subject to the campaign page.
The server verifies the original exchange completion status, amount, and actual outgoing transfer basis; failed, refunding, or refunded exchanges are not eligible. Each order has only one application, and rejected records will not be overwritten by resubmission.

02Two calculation bases; first check which one the order has saved
For orders with a service fee record, calculate based on the recorded fee and the timestamped USDT conversion basis. For orders using a fee quote, calculate the campaign subsidy based on that quote. The two have different bases, and you cannot apply one uniform percentage to all orders.
A rebate calculated using a fee quote is a campaign subsidy and is not guaranteed to equal the final actual fee. It does not reduce the deposit amount required for this order, nor does it treat the entire difference between estimated and actual received amounts as compensation. External wallet fees, additional commissions, slippage, and exchange-rate losses are not added.

03How cross-currency fees are unified into USDT
For quote subsidies, first convert the two fees separately: deposit fee × the USDT reference value of the sending currency, plus outgoing fee × the campaign conversion value of the receiving currency. The local currency reference value of USDT is 1; other currencies must use the corresponding basis, and USDC or USD cannot be directly treated as an equal amount of USDT.
When the receiving currency is not USDT, the campaign conversion value uses: the USDT reference value of the sending currency × quoted sending amount ÷ quoted receiving amount. This ratio comes from the net quote, not an independent market price. Keep precision during calculation, and after totaling, round down uniformly to the six-decimal precision of USDT.
The calculation method is explained below; the numbers are hypothetical data, not the current quote, final fee bill, or payment record. Assume the quote sends 100 USDT, expects to receive 0.0012679 BTC, the deposit fee is estimated at 0.4984289 USDT, and the outgoing fee is estimated at 0.000002 BTC.

04Why the final exchange amount changed but the subsidy does not necessarily change with it
For new orders that use the fee quote subsidy rules, the fee estimate and conversion basis are saved before creation. Once eligible, the calculation is based on the saved rules, and no new claim is made based on the difference between the final received amount and the initial estimated received amount.
For old orders that lack a fee estimate at creation, the source and time of the re-estimate at application time will be noted. When data is temporarily unavailable, returning to the page to query can trigger a retry; do not interpret data not yet obtained as a zero fee. When the precision is smaller than the displayed unit or the calculated value is zero, the actual result on the page prevails.

05Four steps to apply for a fee refund
Step one: open the fee refund form, enter the "FeilongEX exchange number," and check the original exchange and current application status. The exchange number is not a deposit or outgoing transaction hash; you can also enter it again when changing browsers or devices.
Step two: check the calculation basis shown on the page. A service fee record is the actual fee basis saved for that order; a fee quote must be marked as a campaign subsidy or estimate and cannot be renamed as the final actual fee.
Step three: confirm that the receiving asset is USDT and the network is Ethereum (ERC-20), enter your own address, and check it character by character. Step four: after submission, save the exchange number, then use the same number to check "Application saved · calculating amount," "Amount calculated," "Address received · awaiting refund," or "Application not approved · cannot resubmit."
The number and address are saved together, and the amount is calculated automatically by the server. If data is temporarily missing, the application is retained and retried in later checks; only a positive calculation result enters the awaiting-refund stage, and after submission it cannot be overwritten with another address, nor will repeated checks create multiple applications.

06Fee refunds and coin returns are two different records
Fee refunds apply to completed exchanges that meet the campaign rules, and the receiving asset and network are USDT Ethereum (ERC-20). Order refunds are used when the original exchange is not completed, etc., and are usually handled around the original sending asset, refund address, and refund transaction hash; they are not a campaign benefit for fees on completed exchanges.
"Application registered" and "address received · awaiting refund" only indicate that the number and address have been saved. The current public application status does not include a "paid" status that can replace on-chain evidence; when verifying actual receipt, you should check the USDT records of that Ethereum address and the corresponding payment hash. The original exchange outgoing hash cannot be used as the fee refund hash.
Do not directly treat the order refund address as the fee refund address, and do not judge whether the Ethereum refund has arrived by checking only the TRON balance.

FAQ
Does an amount being calculated or "application processed" mean payment has been made?
No. An amount being calculated only confirms the calculation result; "application not approved · cannot resubmit" corresponds to an application that was not approved. Only the actual USDT Ethereum receipt record and the corresponding payment hash can prove that the refund has arrived.
Can the expected refund be subtracted from the deposit amount?
No. Please complete the deposit according to the valid order requirements; the refund is a separate application afterward; underpayment may affect processing of the original order.
Why is the refund amount not necessarily a fixed 0.38%?
Different orders save different fee bases. You should check the calculation explanation for this order; you cannot apply the service fee rate of one type of order to a campaign fee quote subsidy.
What is the difference between a fee refund and a coin return?
A fee refund is a subsequent USDT Ethereum entitlement obtained from a completed exchange that meets the rules; a coin return is the handling of the original asset when the original exchange is not completed, etc. The trigger conditions, assets, addresses, transaction hashes, and statuses of the two are all different.
Can I still apply after 2027-3-22?
Yes. As long as the order was created by FeilongEX within the period specified for this round, has been completed, and meets the conditions, you can apply afterward using the exchange number. The deadline constrains the order creation time, not the later application time.
