01BTC to USDT: which three numbers determine the actual arrival

Taking BTC to USDT as an example, first note the USDT estimated arrival given by the quote, then confirm how much BTC the order address actually received, and finally use the outgoing transaction on the target network to check the actual USDT arrival. The BTC miner fee charged separately by the sending wallet is part of the total budget, but it is not automatically subtracted by the same figure from the USDT estimated arrival.

If the sending platform deducts fees from the entered BTC amount, the order's actual deposit will be smaller. Check the platform confirmation page before paying; if the amount is insufficient, do not add a second payment on your own—first get a new quote based on the actual depositable amount.

02An exchange may involve multiple fee steps

One exchange may involve fees for the deposit transfer, liquidity processing, trading, and sending the exchange result. The current quote incorporates the fees in the exchange process, but this cannot replace confirmation of deductions on the sending side. Do not understand a fee shown separately on some page as the only cost of the entire process.

The estimated receiving amount of a floating quote and the final receiving amount may differ. This difference is affected by both price and execution conditions, and cannot be directly used as an actual fee statement. When a fee interface labels something as an estimate, it also cannot be renamed as the final actual deduction.

03Network fees change with actual conditions

Network costs depend on the chain used and the conditions at the time. For example, an Ethereum transaction requires paying Gas, usually paid by the sending account in ETH. Having enough balance to send USDT does not automatically mean the network fee is also ready. The specific deduction method should still be checked on the confirmation page of the wallet or platform used.

04The minimum amount and maximum limit belong to the current exchange combination

The minimum amount and maximum limit should be read from this quote, and their unit of account should be checked. After changing the sending or receiving network, switching direction, amount, or rate mode, you should query again; numbers from old articles, old orders, or another route for the same coin cannot be used as the basis for this payment.

Under the dedicated contract, every FeilongEX exchange is 100% No KYC throughout regardless of amount, and FeilongEX bears contractual responsibility for this guarantee and service performance. No KYC does not mean there are no quote limits; limits are transaction conditions and do not constitute a KYC exception. If the current quote does not accept the planned amount, change the parameters and query again; do not split the payment, and do not pay to an old address or an expired order.

05Pay attention to the actual arrival amount after withdrawal

If the sending platform deducts fees from the amount you enter, the amount received by the order may be less than the number you entered. Before paying, check the estimated received amount shown by the platform so that it meets the order requirements. If you have already underpaid or paid below the minimum amount, do not add payment on your own; first provide the original order and transaction records to confirm how it will be handled.

06How to choose between fixed and floating rates

Fixed mode is used to fix the quote rules under specified conditions and within a deadline; the final received amount in floating mode changes with the price and conditions at execution. Which one to choose should depend on whether you can pay accurately within the validity period and whether you value quote certainty more or accept market changes, rather than judging fees only by the names "fixed" or "floating."

Both modes require checking the sending asset, both networks, amount, estimated arrival, validity period, and sending-side fees. A fixed quote does not guarantee network confirmation speed, and a floating quote is not valid indefinitely. For detailed conditions, see the fixed and floating rate guide.

07Compare two quotes: first unify the amount, then unify the fee unit

The following figures are used only to illustrate the calculation method; all quotes, network fees, and conversion prices are hypothetical data, not current quotes from FeilongEX, nor actual transaction records.

Suppose you want to exchange USDT on the Ethereum mainnet for USDT on TRON. When comparing A and B, both hypothetical quotes use floating mode, the actual deposit received by the order is 1,000.00 USDT (ERC20) for both, and the receiving currency is USDT (TRC20) for both. The estimated received amount for each quote already includes the exchange-related costs listed in that quote; the network fee paid separately on the sending side is not yet included.

The on-chain network fee for Ethereum is paid in ETH. It is a different unit from USDT, and you cannot directly add 0.0004 ETH to 0.0004 USDT.

This table can scroll horizontally.

Hypothetical data · Not current quotes · Fee comparison at the same deposit amount
Comparison itemAssumed plan AAssumed plan B
Actual order deposit1,000.00 USDT(ERC20)1,000.00 USDT(ERC20)
Estimated receipt992.00 USDT(TRC20)993.50 USDT(TRC20)
The network fee paid separately by the sender0.0004 ETH0.0012 ETH
This example uses a unified conversion price, purely hypothetical1 ETH = 2,500 USDT1 ETH = 2,500 USDT
Network fee converted value0.0004 × 2,500 = 1.00 USDT0.0012 × 2,500 = 3.00 USDT
Total paid converted value1,000.00 + 1.00 = 1,001.00 USDT1,000.00 + 3.00 = 1,003.00 USDT
The difference between total paid and estimated receipt1,001.00 − 992.00 = 9.00 USDT1,003.00 − 993.50 = 9.50 USDT

Looking only at the received amount, B is 993.50 − 992.00 = 1.50 USDT more than A. But under the hypothetical conditions in this example, B's converted sending-side fee is also 3.00 − 1.00 = 2.00 USDT more, so its combined difference is instead 2.00 − 1.50 = 0.50 USDT more.

This does not mean A actually receives 991 USDT: A's estimated received amount is still 992 USDT as shown in the table, and the network fee is paid separately by the sending side. The table compares two options at the same deposit amount, not the same total budget; USDT is used only for unified accounting, and it is not assumed that 1 USDT equals 1 USD.

08Two places that are easy to miscalculate

Do not deduct an already included fee again. When the estimated received amount already reflects a certain cost, do not deduct it a second time. The applicable terms state that the exchange service compensation is included in the final rate; fees paid separately on the sending side should still be checked on the wallet or withdrawal platform confirmation page.

Do not infer official rates from the amount difference. The 9.00 and 9.50 USDT in the table are the difference after unifying units in this example, and you cannot assert from this that the exchange fee is 0.9% or 0.95%. For a real comparison, you also need to confirm that the quote time, rate mode, networks on both ends, deposit amount, and payment conditions are consistent; if any one changes, recheck.

09Replace the examples with your own data

First record the times of the two quotes, the assets and networks on both ends, the deposit amount, and the estimated received amount, then write down the sender-side fees. If the fee is paid in ETH or TRX, record its amount separately; only after obtaining a conversion price at the same point in time and with a clearly stated source can it be converted into a common pricing unit. If there is no conversion price, list the coins separately and do not give a falsely precise total cost.

If the sending platform deducts fees from the USDT you enter, you must first confirm how much the order can actually receive. If it is less than 1,000 USDT, you cannot directly use the 1,000 USDT quote in this example; instead, check again based on the actual deposit amount and verify that this amount meets the current minimum amount and order requirements.

10How is the fee refund after a completed exchange calculated automatically?

The campaign fee refund is a separate payment after the exchange is completed and does not change the deposit amount required by the order. The system calculates the campaign subsidy based on the service fee record saved for this order or on the saved fee quote, and displays the basis on the application page; the two bases cannot be mixed into the same actual fee bill.

Fee quote subsidy formula: deposit fee × the USDT reference value of the sending coin + outgoing fee × the campaign conversion value of the receiving coin, with the result rounded down to 6 decimal places. The USDT local-currency reference value is 1; when the receiving coin is not USDT, its campaign conversion value uses the sending coin reference value × quoted sending amount ÷ quoted receiving amount. This is the net quote ratio used by this campaign, not an independent market price.

The following are artificially set teaching numbers to illustrate the calculation order; they are not current quotes or actual refund records. When both ends are USDT, no cross-currency conversion is needed, and it is not assumed that USDT equals the US dollar.

11When to apply, and why submitting an address does not mean it has arrived

In the fee refund form, enter the completed FeilongEX exchange number and your own USDT Ethereum (ERC20) address; one submission saves it. The original browser or original cookie is not required; this device can remember the most recent number, and you can also enter it yourself when changing devices. The exchange number can be used to initiate an application, so keep it safe.

For new orders that use the fee quote subsidy rule, calculate according to the fee quote and conversion basis saved before creation; for orders that use a service fee record, calculate according to that record and the listed conversion basis. Old orders for which this information was not saved may use an estimate for the same route and amount at the time of application, with the time noted. The quote subsidy is not guaranteed to equal the final actual fee, and does not additionally compensate for external wallet fees, commissions, slippage, or exchange-rate losses. If data is temporarily missing, it will be retried, and missing values will not be treated as zero fees.

Orders eligible for this period must be created after the start of the campaign and before 2027-3-23 00:00 (China Standard Time, UTC+8). This date limits the order creation time, not the application deadline; eligible orders can still be applied for after completion. Registration of a number and address does not represent payment; for refunds of the original assets after a failed exchange, see the Order Refund Address Guide.

To review the parameters of the same exchange item by item, read the Two quotes comparison guide; for the cross-currency refund formula and application steps, see Fee refund calculation guide.

FAQ

Is the estimated arrival necessarily the same as the final actual arrival?

Not necessarily. Fixed or floating mode, payment conditions, and execution can affect the result; the final basis should be the actual outgoing transfer record on the target network.

Does No KYC mean there is no minimum amount or maximum limit?

No. The dedicated contract guarantees that every FeilongEX exchange, regardless of amount, is 100% No KYC throughout; the current amount range for each route is a transaction condition and does not constitute a KYC exception, and must still be read from the current quote.

If the maximum limit is not displayed, does that mean unlimited exchange is possible?

No. You can only confirm the amount actually returned and accepted by the current quote; for larger amounts, re-enter and query, and do not pay to an old address or expired order.

Does fixed rate mode mean there are no fees or that it is necessarily cheaper?

No. Fixed describes the quote conditions; it does not mean there are no fees or that it is cheaper in all scenarios; you still need to compare the estimated arrival and sending-side cost under the same conditions.

Can the expected fee refund be subtracted from the deposit amount?

No. You must complete the deposit according to the valid order requirements; the refund is a separate application after the exchange is completed; underpayment may affect processing of the original order.
