02Without the starting Gas, you cannot deposit first using ETH received in the future
If a regular self-custody account lacks the ETH needed to send USDT, a successful query does not mean the deposit can be completed. You should first resolve the fee conditions for this send in the wallet, then create an order that requires payment by a deadline. Switching the target back to ETH will not waive the initial USDT transfer.
If the wallet offers pay-on-behalf, verify its supported scope and final deduction; for platform withdrawals, check the platform network and the actual amount received. The two entry types are checked in different places; see the wallet and platform Gas checklist.
03Receive native ETH on Ethereum, while the deposit is still USDT
On the receiving side, explicitly select ETH on Ethereum mainnet, not ETH or WETH on another network. The same address appearance cannot guarantee that the platform supports the corresponding asset; check the actual requirements on the receiving page.
After creation, send ERC20 USDT to the Ethereum deposit information for this order. Do not treat the target ETH asset as the deposit asset. If you enter an order refund address, it should support Ethereum USDT.

05Check the receiving record and the fee refund separately
First check the USDT deposit record and order status; after obtaining the ETH payment information, then check the corresponding Ethereum receipt. The original exchange payment and the campaign refund are separate matters, and one hash cannot be used as proof for both payments.
If the order meets the fee refund conditions, you can apply via the fee refund form with the exchange ID and the USDT Ethereum address, without the original browser; the campaign refund asset is USDT Ethereum, not the ETH obtained from this exchange. My wallet has no ETH; can I use this swap to top it up?
This route still requires sending ERC20 USDT first. An ordinary self-custody wallet usually needs to already hold ETH to pay Gas; the ETH obtained after the swap cannot be used to pay for a deposit that has not yet occurred.
Can I send TRC20 USDT to the deposit address on this page?
TRC20 USDT cannot be sent on this route. The input network on this page is Ethereum; if you hold USDT on TRON, you should first change the input network before creating the order.
