The order deposit address is generated by this order for you to send the asset to be exchanged; the receiving address is provided by you to receive the target asset; the refund address is the pre-designated return destination. Creating an order does not mean a transfer has been made, and filling in a refund address will not trigger a refund. When paying, use the deposit address shown for this order.

02Follow a teaching exchange example to trace the three addresses

Suppose you exchange USDT on the TRON network for USDT on the Ethereum network: Step one, the order generates a TRON deposit address, and you send this transaction's USDT only to that address; step two, you fill in the Ethereum receiving address in advance to receive the exchange result; step three, if you choose to fill in a refund address at creation, it should be able to receive the original asset USDT on the TRON network. This example has no real addresses and does not mean a refund will necessarily occur.

The fee rebate after completing an exchange is a separate campaign. The USDT Ethereum address required by the campaign form is used only to receive eligible campaign payments, not as this exchange's deposit address, target receiving address, or original-asset refund address. 03The refund network follows the sender side

For example, in the USDT TRC20 to ERC20 route, you send USDT on TRON, the target receiving address is for USDT on Ethereum, but the refund address should support USDT on TRON. Even if both ends are called USDT, you cannot directly copy the target network address into the refund field.

For BTC to USDT TRC20, the refund address should be able to receive BTC on the Bitcoin mainnet. If you are unsure about the network, first read the USDT network selection guide, then return to the order and check item by item.

04Optional does not mean it can be filled in arbitrarily

After expanding the refund address option for FeilongEX, prepare an address according to the network shown next to "Refund address for the sending coin." Leaving it blank means no separate refund destination was specified at creation, and should not be understood as allowing any new address to be chosen later.

When withdrawing from a trading platform, do not directly use a sender address from a past transaction as your own deposit address; instead, open the deposit page for the corresponding coin and network on that platform and confirm that it can receive this type of transfer. An address passing a format check does not mean the platform supports that asset or that the address belongs to you.

05Refund tags must be verified separately

When the refund recipient requires Memo or Tag, use the information it provides for this receipt. The order deposit tag, target receiving tag, and refund tag each serve different directions and cannot be reused interchangeably. FeilongEX will display the corresponding refund tag field based on the sending asset; after entering the refund address, complete the information as required by the field.

Shared addresses may distinguish accounts by tag, and a missing tag may not be credited automatically. You can check against the Memo and Tag filling guide. This use is also found in the official XRP Ledger tag explanation.

06Confirm before payment, and keep the original order if a problem occurs

The refund destination must be handled according to verifiable information in the original order; do not assume that a new address can be specified arbitrarily after the order is created. Therefore, complete verification before creation; if you discover a problem after paying, keep the original order and transaction hash, and use FeilongEX order help.

Entering an address does not guarantee that a refund will be made, nor does it guarantee a full refund or a fixed time for return; handling must be based on the specific situation and current terms of service. FAQ

Can the refund address be left blank?

FeilongEX currently allows it to be left blank. Having a ready address that matches the sent asset and can receive refunds helps clarify the return destination when creating the order.

Can the refund address be the same as the receiving address?

It may apply only when that address actually supports the coin and network involved; you cannot rely only on the address characters being the same.

After the transfer has already been made, can the refund address still be changed on the webpage?

Do not rely on refilling the webpage to modify an already created order. Contact support and follow the address and refund processing rules at creation.

Is the fee refund address the same as the order refund address?

No. Order refunds process the asset in the original exchange; fee refunds are separate campaign payments after completing the exchange, and the two are filled in according to their respective page requirements.
