The validity period of a fixed quote determines whether it can still be used to create an order; the payment deadline after successful creation constrains the deposit operation for that order. 02Quote expired but not yet created: compare again before confirming

For example, after querying ETH to SOL, you leave the page to check the receiving address, and when you return the original fixed quote has expired. At this point you should query again and check the receiving amount, network, and payment requirements; the new result may differ from the previous one.

Querying a quote itself does not move funds. If you have already clicked create but the result is uncertain, first verify whether an order was generated; if the page provides "Restore this order," follow that prompt first. Do not treat one error as meaning there is no order, and do not make duplicate payments because of it.

03Order exists but not sent: stop using the old payment information first

If you have confirmed that no payment was initiated, and this order's payment deadline has passed, you should stop depositing to the old address and reconfirm the available exchange conditions. A new order has its own information, and the old address, old amount, or old tag cannot be used in its place.

A fixed exchange requires sending according to the asset, network, address, exact amount, and payment deadline specified by this order. The payment deadline is also not a promise of network confirmation speed; if the page prompt and applicable conditions are unclear, verify through FeilongEX order help before sending.

04Already sent: continue tracking the original order and original transaction

If you see an expiration prompt only after submitting on the sending side, first find the original sending record: whether it is still processing, whether there is already a transaction hash, and which network was actually used. Keep this information together with the original order; getting a new quote will not automatically transfer an already sent deposit to another order.

Network broadcast and an order reaching the required confirmations are different stages. If funds have already been sent, check the original order and use FeilongEX order help to confirm how it will be handled; do not pay to another address just to catch a new countdown.

05Whether it can later be executed at the original quote depends on the specific conditions

When fixed exchange conditions are not met, subsequent handling depends on the actual order and on-chain status. When using FeilongEX order help, state the original order, sending time, actual amount, and hash, and confirm what you need to do next; do not interpret expiration as a guaranteed refund, and do not assume the original received amount will necessarily remain.

FAQ

If a fixed quote expires, does that mean my funds are lost?

It cannot be determined this way. A quote is only a condition before creating an order; first confirm whether an order and actual payment exist, then check the corresponding records.

I already pressed withdraw but there is no hash; can I directly create another order and pay?

First verify the original withdrawal status. Not yet seeing a hash does not mean the sending side will not continue processing; paying again may create a second transaction.

After expiration, will it definitely be completed at the floating rate, or automatically refunded?

It cannot be determined in advance. What follows depends on the order conditions and the specific situation; you should keep the original records and confirm with the responsible party.
