01Look at the wallet, the Bitcoin network, and the exchange order separately
A wallet's "Sent" means it attempted to broadcast the transaction; the Bitcoin block explorer shows whether the transaction was seen and included by the network; the FeilongEX order status describes whether the deposit has been recognized, whether it is waiting for confirmation, and whether the target asset is being exchanged or sent. These three statuses may temporarily be out of sync.
The Bitcoin developer documentation explains that TXID is used to identify a transaction, while the transaction outputs record the addresses and amounts actually paid. Check the original records first, then determine which step the order is at.

02First confirm that the deposit transaction really corresponds to this order
Copy the complete TXID from the sending wallet and check in the Bitcoin mainnet explorer: whether this transaction exists, whether the target output includes this order's deposit address, whether that output amount covers the order requirement, and whether the transaction has entered a block. Do not look only at the total wallet deduction, because a Bitcoin transaction can have multiple outputs, which may also include change.
The order number and TXID serve different purposes; if you are unsure which number you have, first see the order number and transaction hash guide.

03"Confirming" does not mean the system has not received the information
When the current order is in the confirmation stage, the system is waiting for the network to provide sufficient confirmations, and the speed depends on the network status at that time and the fee used for the sending transaction. FeilongEX does not state a fixed number of confirmations or minutes as a guarantee for all BTC orders.
If the block explorer already shows the deposit as confirmed, but the order has not progressed for a long time, save the order number and TXID, and use the support channel corresponding to this order to request an investigation. Do not "expedite" the original order by sending an additional small payment.

04After confirmation, exchange and target-network payment are still included
After deposit confirmations are complete, the FeilongEX order still has to complete the exchange and send the asset to your target address. Taking BTC to USDT TRC20 as an example, deposit confirmation on Bitcoin does not prove that USDT on TRON has been sent out; you need to wait for the order to enter the sending or completed stage, then check the target network hash.
If the target chain already shows a successful outgoing transfer but the receiving platform balance has not increased, check the target network, address, and tag, and provide the target chain hash to the receiving platform. For the complete process, see Not received troubleshooting.

05Prepare a verifiable record before contacting support
Prepare the order number, the BTC deposit TXID, the actual amount sent, the sending time, the order deposit address, and the current page status. Do not publicly post the full order link or unnecessary personal information; submit through verified official channels.
If you sent to the wrong network, currency, or address, the handling conditions differ from normal confirmation delays; preserve the original evidence and read Wrong Network Handling Guide.

06Why a fixed arrival time cannot be promised
The time for a transaction to enter a block is affected by network demand and transaction fees, and order execution is also affected by the selected exchange route and market conditions. Historical times in articles or other people's orders cannot replace the current status.
What can truly be verified is the current block status of TXID, the FeilongEX order stage, and the target network outgoing transfer record. Using your own evidence for each step is more reliable than applying "usually a few minutes."

FAQ
Will the exchange definitely start once Bitcoin shows 1 confirmations?
It cannot be generalized. The required confirmations vary with the asset, network, and conditions at the time; the current page status is the basis for this order.
Can increasing the fee make an order that has already been sent complete immediately?
Fees may affect how quickly an unconfirmed transaction is included, but they cannot guarantee the timing of the subsequent exchange and target-network payment. Do not send another transaction to the order address.
The BTC deposit is confirmed, so why has USDT not arrived yet?
After deposit confirmation, there are still exchange and target-network sending stages. Use the order number to check the stage, and once an outgoing hash appears, verify it on the target network.
