01First confirm whether the wrong network was actually used
Open the original sending record in the wallet or withdrawal platform, copy the transaction hash, and check the status, asset, address, and amount in the block explorer for the corresponding network. Do not judge based only on the wallet's total balance or a success prompt. The "Transactions" section of the Ethereum official explorer documentation lists these checkable fields.
If you are still on an unsubmitted confirmation page, you can go back and modify it first; if it has already been submitted, first verify the original transaction to avoid leaving two payments that are hard to distinguish. For how to check the number, see The difference between an order number and a transaction hash.

02Compare the actual sending with the original order together
Compare the coin, sending network, order deposit address, and required tag in order. For example, if the order requires ETH on Ethereum, but you send an asset with the same name from another network, even if the wallet allows submission, it does not meet the deposit requirements of the original order.
The "sent to the wrong network" explanation in the applicable order help states that such deposits may not be completed automatically and need to be checked through FeilongEX order help. If the network matches, you should continue to check the token, tag, or recognition progress; do not attribute all non-arrivals to the wrong chain.

03Distinguish on-chain success, platform crediting, and recoverability
On-chain success means the transaction was executed on the network actually used, but it does not guarantee that the receiving platform supports it, nor does it prove that the platform can credit your account. Even if the address characters are the same, the recipient still needs to confirm its ability to process this type of asset on that network.
Tether's supported protocols page lists asset information separately by network. You should ask clearly whether the recipient supports the version actually received, rather than only asking whether it supports USDT; when querying, providing the specific network is more helpful than providing a coin name.

04Prepare materials and confirm the boundaries of recovery processing
Explain to verified official support: the original order number, the coin and network you intended to send, the coin and network actually sent, and the transaction hash and amount. Keep to the facts first, and do not rewrite the actual situation to match the original order description. The order number should be provided through the support channel, and public posting should be avoided.
Recovery from deposit mistakes such as the wrong network may incur network or processing fees, and refunds are also limited by the actual order and on-chain status. Submitting a request does not mean recovery is necessarily possible, nor does it mean a full refund; please confirm the available actions, fees, and conditions for this case through FeilongEX order help.

05Do not treat a new transfer as a repair button
Creating a new order, switching the webpage network, or sending another transfer cannot move the original transaction to another chain. If you still need to change chains later, first handle the original order, then check the separate new route. For example, USDT TRC20 to ERC20 and reverse exchange have different sending requirements.
The refund destination should also be prepared according to the actual rules; do not assume that the target receiving address is suitable for refunds. You can continue reading Refund address explanation; if the network is correct but the balance has not increased, go to Not received troubleshooting.

FAQ
If the addresses on two networks look the same, can they definitely be recovered?
It cannot be judged this way. Whether the actual asset and network are supported and whether this transaction can be handled must be confirmed by the actual recipient.
If I change the network on the FeilongEX page, will the original payment automatically match?
This will not rewrite the original on-chain transaction. You should keep the original order and explain the actual sending situation to support.
If the network was chosen correctly but the platform balance did not increase, does that also count as using the wrong chain?
Not necessarily. You also need to verify the asset version, address, tag, and processing status, and continue troubleshooting based on the specific evidence.
